Other concerns I have are the increasing number of large posts being made which consist mostly of quotes that others have already posted with just 1 or 2 words or an emoticon added at the end ........ and the increasingly personal nature of the chat between members.

I would ask all members to post if they have something meaningful to add to a topic or if they wish to introduce a new topic.

Obviously a certain amount of lighthearted banter only makes the forum a more fun place to be, but just recently it seems that this has become the only reason for most of the posts.

Finally whilst I appreciate that many of you feel you want to help the newer members (some of whom do not have Tagalog as their first language) to settle in to the forum and not contravene any rules that they may not fully understand, it may be best to leave admin to explain any problems.

I hope everyone accepts that we want this forum to be a happy place for everyone and understand that when online translators are used sometimes totatally inappropriate words are given.

I have much better things to do with my time than mediate between members who had taken offence about something.
